Is it safe for children and pets?
Yes, provided you follow the instructions we give you. We use approved products and tell you exactly how long the space needs to stay empty and when you can safely return.
How quickly will I see results?
In most cases activity drops noticeably within the first few days. For pests with a breeding cycle, such as cockroaches and bed bugs, a second treatment is needed for full control.
Do I have to empty the house?
Not entirely. It is usually enough to put away food and utensils in the treated areas and stay out for a few hours. We give you precise instructions before the visit.
Do you issue a certificate for my business?
Yes. We issue a certificate of application listing the products and dosages used, as required for health inspections and HACCP systems.
Do you treat bed bugs?
Yes. Bed bugs need specialist treatment, with a detailed inspection of mattresses, bed bases and furniture, and usually a second treatment at a scheduled interval.
Do you cover apartment buildings?
Yes. We treat common areas, drains, basements and light wells, in coordination with the building manager, so the problem is tackled as a whole.
